今日はいつもと違う集合場所だったから、「みんなちゃんとたどり着けるかな？」ってちょっと心配してたんだよね。けど全員ちゃんと間違えずに来てくれて一安心。やっぱり仲間が集まるとそれだけで空気が明るくなる。

今回は新入生の子たちも参加してくれて、自己紹介したり学校のことを話したり、いろんな会話ができた。最初は少し緊張してた感じだったけど、掃除をしながら話してるうちにだんだん打ち解けて、笑い声も増えてきてたのが印象的だったな。

掃除って一見地味な活動だけど、こうやって人とのつながりが生まれるのが一番面白いところかもしれない。終わった後の顔を見たらみんな楽しそうで、「来てよかった！」って思ってくれてるのが伝わってきて、こっちも嬉しくなった。

また次もこうやって新しい人たちと交流しながら、みんなで街をキレイにしていけたら最高だな。

Today’s clean-up was a little different—we changed the meeting spot this time. Honestly, I was a bit worried that people might get confused and go to the wrong place, but everyone showed up without any problems. That already made me happy.

What made it even better was that some new students joined us. We got to introduce ourselves, talk about school, and just chat about random stuff while picking up trash. At first they seemed a little nervous, but as we walked and talked, the mood got lighter, and soon there were plenty of laughs.

Cleaning might sound like a simple activity, but what I love the most is how it brings people together. By the end, I could tell everyone was having fun, and hearing them say things like “I’m glad I came” really made my day.

Can’t wait to keep this going—cleaning up, meeting new people, and having a good time together.
